CAMP Blues Led by Sean Carney Band

Date: June 15 – 19

Admission: $325 – $350

Location: Jazz Academy

This five day ensemble experience is all about learning about and playing the blues. The course will focus on guitar, piano, bass, drums, vocals and horns.

 

Architectural Bike Tour

Date: June 13, 1p.m.-5p.m.

Location: Tours leave from 50 West Town St. Columbus, Oh

Cost: $25

The Center for Architecture and Design sponsors and creates unique bike tours exploring urban areas of downtown Columbus. Bikes and helmets can be made available upon request in advance. The June 13th tour features stops at the Lazarus Building, The Joseph, OSU’s Thompson Library, Z Pizza and more!

 

Community Festival

Dates: June 26-28, daily hours vary

Location: Goodale Park: Columbus, Ohio

Cost: Free

This famed festival is dedicated to music, food, and community spirit. Created and run entirely on the backs of volunteers, Community Festival features 3 days of local music on multiple stages and endless vendors tents of activities and goods.

 

Pizzuti Collection Family Day Series

Dates: June 6 October 24, 11a.m.-5.p.m.

Location: The Pizzuti Collection: Columbus, Ohio

Cost: Free

The Pizzuti Collection gallery opens its doors every Sunday to families in central Ohio, offering kid-friendly tours on the hour, art-inspired scavenger hunts, and creative activities appealing to even the youngest artist.

 

Park Street Festival

Dates: June 5-6, daily hours vary

Location: Park Street: Columbus, Ohio

Cost: Free

Located in the heart of Columbus, this high-energy festival has something for every age. Bring the kids for family activities on Saturday afternoon, experience savory food from your favorite food truck vendors, and rock the night away to great local music each evening.
