    • Thanks for the question Mike,

It depends on how you’d classify an upscale area. Like many of the communities in Central Ohio, prices and home styles can vary depending on what area of the that community your looking in. As a whole, Dublin is one of the oldest suburban communities in Central Ohio and is one of the most stable communities in the area. Home prices have risen steadily (even through the recession) and today homes in this community usually sell in hours rather than days. The age of the community is reflected in mature tree lined streets, well maintained infrastructure and well built homes. Of the current 366 homes available in Dublin, home prices range from $69,000 up to $5 million with an average sales price at $432,160.74. Hope that helps! If there’s any more information I can provide please email me at info@OH-IOhomes.com.
